Affordable & Scalable Charlotte Sound Reinforcement Packages

To reserve your event date, we require a 25% deposit. Here’s how our booking process works:

1. You’ll receive an initial quote showing the total cost for your event, along with a Pay Link to submit your 25% deposit (the deposit amount you owe will be noted in the quote). Your date is officially reserved once the deposit is received. Deposits must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your quote. We can provide up to three different quotes if you’d like to change your service package or add extras. Any deposit you’ve already submitted will be applied to the new quotes.
    
2. After we receive your deposit, we’ll send a final quote showing the remaining balance, which is due within 72 hours of receiving the final quote to fully secure your event. Need another form of payment?  We accept cash-app and pay-by-phone as well, so let us know.
    

Please note:

• If the remaining balance is not paid within 72 hours, the deposit is non-refundable and your reserved date may be released to other clients.
   
• For last-minute bookings (less than 5 days out), full payment is required within 48 hours of receiving your quote to ensure a smooth, professional audio experience.
   
• If you need to reschedule your event, please notify us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and your deposit may be applied to the new date.
   

Unforeseen Circumstances:
While we strive to deliver a flawless experience, certain unforeseen events may prevent your event from happening as planned. In such cases, deposits may be partially or fully retained, and we’ll work with you to reschedule if possible.

Company Non-Performance:
In the unlikely event that Dominate Audio is unable to provide services for your event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of any payments made. We will also make every effort to help you reschedule or recommend a trusted alternative.

Friendly reminder: Don’t use the Pay Link until you’ve received your initial quote.

This fee helps us:

• Secure your date exclusively, so we don’t double-book or turn away other clients.
• Prepare the right equipment and staff tailored to your event.
• Protect against last-minute cancellations, which can be costly and disruptive.

Please note, the booking fee does not apply to the Audio Engineer Only Package or Livestream Audio Fix.

We’re happy to take bookings anytime, but we prefer if you book at least 21 days in advance. If we’re not available for your upcoming event, no worries — just hit us up for the next one!
