We do not charge booking fees for livestream audio services or organ service calls.
For sound reinforcement services and audio engineering packages (including event PA setup, live mixing, and full system support), a 25% booking fee is required within 24 hours of receiving your final quote to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due on-site before the event begins.
We recommend booking at least 21 days in advance when possible.
For last-minute or rush events (less than 3 days’ notice), the same 25% booking fee is required within 24 hours of receiving your quote to secure availability. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the event begins. No services will start until payment is completed.

Your initial quote will clearly outline the booking fee amount, which will be applied toward your total once submitted. After the booking fee is received, you’ll receive an updated quote showing the remaining balance, which is due before the event begins.
We also accept Cash App and Pay-by-Phone payments — please let us know if you prefer one of those options.

If the remaining balance is not paid prior to the event start time, services may be delayed or canceled. Booking fees are non-refundable once submitted and secure your reserved date.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and your booking fee may be applied to a new date if approved.

Recording sessions must be scheduled in advance. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the session date within 24 hours of receiving quote. The remaining balance is due before or at the start of the session, unless otherwise agreed. All payment terms and scheduling details will be discussed and confirmed via email or text.

This package reserves multiple days of availability, dedicated engineering coverage, and post-event recording deliverables.
Because this package blocks extended calendar time, late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
This package includes live sound reinforcement and one day of event recording.
Session time begins at the scheduled start time. Late starts caused by client delays are counted toward the booked session length.
Dominate Audio is based in Charlotte, NC. Travel within the local service area is included. Sessions outside the region may require an additional travel fee, discussed prior to booking.
Clients are responsible for providing a safe, clean, and reasonably quiet recording environment. Excessive noise, interruptions, or unsuitable conditions may impact recording quality and session efficiency.
Additional time, musicians, inputs, or recording needs beyond the original package may result in added charges and must be approved before proceeding.
Dominate Audio is responsible for professional audio capture and technical execution. Performance quality, preparation, and artistic direction remain the responsibility of the client.
Mixing services are provided for sessions recorded by Dominate Audio unless otherwise approved in advance.
Mixing turnaround times vary by project scope and will be communicated at the time of booking. Expedited delivery may be available for an additional fee.
Mixing packages include a limited number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra charges.
Clients are responsible for providing clear, consolidated feedback for revisions. Delayed or incomplete feedback may extend project timelines.
Final mixes are delivered in agreed-upon formats (WAV and/or MP3) or other platforms. Once final mixes are approved and delivered, the mixing portion of the project is considered complete.
Session files are archived for a limited time after delivery. Long-term storage or file re-delivery may require an additional fee.
