Our Booking Terms
Deposit & Payment Policy
We don’t charge booking fees for livestream audio or organ service calls.
For sound reinforcement services (such as event PA setup, mixing, or full system support), a 25% deposit is required within 48 hours of receiving your quote to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due within 72 hours after receiving your final adjusted quote to confirm the booking.
We recommend booking at least 21 days in advance when possible.
For last-minute or rush events (less than 3 days out), the full amount is due within 24 hours upon receiving your quote — no deposit option is available for short-notice bookings.
Please Note:
- If the remaining balance isn’t paid within 72 hours, the deposit becomes non-refundable, and your reserved date may be released to other clients.
- For last-minute bookings (less than 3 days out), full payment is required within 24 hours of receiving your quote to confirm your booking and ensure a smooth, professional setup.
- If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and your deposit can be applied to a new date if approved.
